Before placing a large-volume order, please contact us to confirm that the products, specifications, materials, colors, sizes, packaging, and other details meet your requirements.
For new customers, we strongly recommend purchasing a sample before placing a bulk order. Once a bulk order has been produced or shipped, returns may be difficult and expensive to arrange.
Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
Returning goods to our warehouse in China can be extremely expensive. Customers located in North America may be able to return products to our warehouses in Chicago or New York. However, the customer must still arrange and pay for the return shipping costs.
For customers outside North America, returns are generally not accepted unless we approve the return in writing in advance. Due to the exceptionally high cost of international return shipping, we cannot normally cover these costs.
Please do not send any products back without receiving written approval from us first.
Approved returns must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with the original packaging unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned products. Any applicable deductions, including return shipping, handling, damage, missing items, or restocking costs, may be deducted from the refund.
If a separate sales or supply contract has been signed, the return, refund, product quality, and compensation terms in that contract will take precedence over this policy.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.
